A leading national law firm is seeking an Employment Associate or Senior Associate (4+ PQE) to join its team in Birmingham, Bristol or Leeds. With flexible hybrid working, this role offers the chance to advise major employer clients across sectors including government, health, housing, education and financial services. You will handle a varied mix of advisory, transactional and contentious work. Typical matters include restructures, redundancy processes, employee relations, settlement negotiations, TUPE, due diligence, policy drafting and complex litigation.
