🩺 Role Overview As an Endocrinology APP (NP/PA), you will provide comprehensive care focused on diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders. You’ll play a key role in improving patient outcomes through education, continuity of care, and evidence-based treatment plans . 🔍 What You’ll Treat Diabetes (Type 1 & Type 2) Thyroid disorders Osteoporosis Adrenal & pituitary disorders Obesity & metabolic conditions 💡 Key Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning Manage chronic endocrine conditions with ongoing follow-up care Prescribe and adjust medications (insulin, thyroid therapy, etc.) Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and disease management Collaborate closely with endocrinologist and care team Assist with procedures (e.g., thyroid FNA, CGM placement) Maintain accurate EMR documentation (ECW system) ✅ Required Qualifications Master’s degree (NP or PA program) Active state NP or PA license Board certification (NP/PA) Minimum 2+ years of endocrinology experience Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills Patient-first mindset with a passion for education ⭐ Preferred Experience managing diabetes, thyroid disorders, or osteoporosis Interest or certification in endocrinology Comfort working in a collaborative, team-based setting 🌟 Why Join Us?
