Engagement Mentoring Officer

Engage with Sandwell people to access employment and training that will support them on their employment journey Mentor and support Sandwell people within their activities, training and/or workplace, ensuring commitment to their career pathway. Monitor and report the progression of the Sandwell people in their own development. Identify progression into employment following support Work on externally funded contracts that aim to move residents closer to the labour market Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) Level 3 or equivalent.

A minimum of 2-years' experience of working within the Post 16 Education and Learning and/or Employment and Skills Area Mentoring, coaching support and managing a caseload.
