We are delighted to invite applicants to join our team to tutor small groups of our KS3/KS4 pupils in English. The role requires working in small groups to ensure high-quality and impactful tuition. Tutoring will be delivered during the timetabled lesson. The role: Work in small groups with pupils in personalised tutoring sessions, supporting individual pupils with their specific educational requirements, in order to enable them to achieve their academic goals.
To provide high level of teaching in specialist subject for year groups 7 - 11 Establish productive working relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and setting high expectations. To liaise with classroom teachers and curriculum leaders to identify focus areas for intervention. To provide objective and accurate feedback to teachers To ensure strict confidentiality in all areas of work To understand and comply with the statutory guidance regarding safeguarding of children, always ensuring the safeguarding and promotion of children's welfare, reporting any concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Officer immediately.
