Entry Level Sheet Metal Fabricator - Meridian

Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring an Entry-Level Sheet Metal Fabricator in Boise, Idaho Our client, a local sheet metal fabrication shop, is seeking a dependable individual to learn how to fabricate HVAC pipes and fittings. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with paid, on-the-job training. No experience is required—we are willing to train someone eager to learn with a strong work ethic. Pay and schedule: $18–$20/hour to start.

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. What you’ll do: Learn to fabricate HVAC pipes and fittings from various sheet metals Learn spot welding, cutting, forming, and bending techniques Troubleshoot issues involving sheet metal, tools, and equipment Follow OSHA guidelines and workplace safety procedures Perform other job-related duties as assigned What you’ll need: Must be at least 18 years old Ability to stand and move for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds A teachable attitude and strong work ethic Ability to communicate and work well with a team Ability to pass a drug screening
