Heavy Civil Equipment Operators - Ontario Projects - 20/10 - FIFO - Accommodations Provided - Up to $40/hr - ON Morgan is seeking Heavy Civil Equipment Operators to support upcoming projects across Ontario. Operators will play a key role in heavy civil construction, working on earthworks, road building, and mining-related projects. The ideal candidates are experienced with graders, excavators, or dozers, thrive in remote environments, and are committed to safety and teamwork.

Perks & Benefits Industry-leading wages: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour Accommodations provided for remote project work Comprehensive benefits plan including extended health, dental, and life insurance Opportunities for year-round work and career development Unique work lifestyle in remote areas What You’ll Need Minimum 3 years of recent experience operating graders, excavators, or dozers in heavy civil earthworks, construction, road building, or mining Valid Safety Training tickets (Surface Common Core, CSO/BSO/CSTS-09/OSSA Regional, Intermediate First Aid with CPR & AED, H2S Alive, Ground Disturbance (HEO)) Valid Driver’s License CSA Approved safety boots (minimum 6“ high & fully laceable) Ability to repetitively and safely lift up to 50 lbs Successful completion of Alcohol and Drug Screening Successful completion of comprehensive Fitness-to-Work Assessment Willingness to work rotational schedules (20 days on/10 days off), 12-hour shifts (days and nights) Preparedness to work outdoors in all weather conditions What Will Make You Stand Out Experience with Hard Rock mining environments Experience in Above Ground / Surface Mining Experience stripping overburden, stacking, stockpiling, and reclamation Experience working on all types of ground conditions, including soft ground Proven experience working on ice road construction Experience with technical specifications and grade plans, building roads, oilfield leases and pads Ability to finish or trim
