Equipment Operator Pay Rate:  $20.00 per hour Schedule:  7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday – Friday Location:  Onsite in Columbus, Ohio Position Overview Kelly is seeking an experienced  Equipment Operator  to operate various machines, support equipment maintenance, and perform production duties in a safety-focused work environment.
Key Responsibilities 	 Operate equipment including: 	 		 Forklifts 		 Bobcats/skid steers 		 Grapple buckets 		 Mini excavators 		 Balers 	 	 	 Assist with equipment maintenance. 	 Perform a variety of production duties as assigned. 	 Follow specific directions and established operating procedures.
	 Comply with all safety regulations and workplace practices. 	 Rotate shifts when required. 	 Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications 	 Forklift and Bobcat experience. 	 Mechanical aptitude. 	 Experience operating a baler. 	 Ability to follow directions and work safely around industrial equipment. Why Work with Kelly?
