ENT Physician Opportunity – Erie Full-Time | Employed | PSLF Eligible | Residency Teaching Opportunity Position Overview A nonprofit, integrated health system in Erie, Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join an established, collegial practice. Join three ENTs (two board certified, one board eligible) Full-time, employed position New graduates welcome ENT Residency Directorship potential Clinical Practice Diagnose and treat a full spectrum of ENT conditions including: Ear infections, hearing loss Sinus disease and allergies Voice disorders Sleep apnea Perform common ENT surgical procedures, including: Tonsillectomies and adenoidectomies Septoplasties Ear tube insertions Integrated Epic EMR across the health system Strong primary care referral network ensures consistent volume Coverage at nearby regional clinics required Call & Schedule Call rotation: 1:4 Residents take first/primary night and weekend call Physician call: every fourth night and weekend Teaching Opportunity Participate in an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency program Program includes five residents Teaching, mentoring, and leadership opportunities available Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and training Productivity and quality incentives Residency stipend $25,000 sign-on bonus Relocation assistance CME days and CME stipend Employer-paid occurrence-based malpractice insurance PSLF eligible (nonprofit employed model) Comprehensive Benefits Package Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employer-paid short- and long-term disability Group life insurance Paid parental leave 403(b) with 50% employer match plus employer-paid pension (participate in both) Tuition assistance for self, spouse/domestic partner, and dependents Paid time off Visa & Licensure H-1B visa candidates welcome Must be eligible for an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license DEA certification required Why Erie, Pennsylvania?
