As an ERP Application Engineer, you connect Business Central, software development, interfaces and process automation and thus create a modern digital working environment.

Responsibilities: Further development of the ERP landscape with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Gathering and evaluating requirements from finance, operations and other company areas Questioning existing processes and developing more efficient digital processes Implementation of individual business logic and extensions with AL Development and maintenance of interfaces between ERP, specialised applications and digital services Building modern integrations via APIs and standardised web technologies Automation of business processes with workflow and low-code technologies Optimisation of the system landscape in interaction with external platforms Planning and support of updates, releases and technical further developments Establishment of structured testing processes and ensuring high solution quality Technical analysis of error patterns and sustainable resolution of application issues Consulting departments on the digitalisation and automation of business processes Management and professional support of external specialists in larger development projects Co-design of the future ERP and integration architecture Qualifications: Several years of experience with Business Central or Dynamics NAV Practical experience in developing extensions and customisations with AL Good understanding of ERP processes and their technical representation Experience in analysing and optimising digital business processes Knowledge of REST APIs, OData, web services or system integration Interest in cloud ERP, Microsoft technologies and modern application architecture Ideally experience with Power Platform, Power Automate or comparable automation solutions Understanding of agile development, testing and release management Ability to mediate between business requirements and technical solution approaches High quality awareness as well as independent and pragmatic working style Technical training, degree or comparable solid professional experience in the IT field Benefits: Canteen, meal allowances and discounts Sporting activities Numerous employee events Comfortable office with modern infrastructure Open cor
