We are looking for a customer-focused and highly organised Employee Service Centre (ESC) Assistant to join our Employee Service Centre team. This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As an ESC Assistant you will provide first-line support to employees and managers on recruitment and employee - related queries.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and ensuring processes are completed efficiently and in line with NHS and Trust policies and procedures., At the heart of our team is a commitment to delivering a great employee experience. As an ESC Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting employees throughout their employment journey while helping to deliver an efficient, professional, and customer-focused HR service.

Proficient in using technology and have the ability to adapt to using multiple software., Good standard of general education, educated to GCSE level., NVQ level 2 in Business Administration Foundation Certificate in People Practice/Certificate in Personnel Practice, or equivalent, Confident and proficient in the use of various IT packages Experience of working with confidential and sensitive information, with an understanding of confidentiality/ Following protocols/processes to work within timescales and deadlines Experience of working in a customer service environment in an administrative role, NHS HR or recruitment department.

Knowledge of DBS systems and processes Working knowledge of NHS Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions Experience using TRAC, and ESR systems, Effective time management Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build good working relationships at all levels Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and demanding environment with frequent interruptions Customer focused approach We have a long and proud history of caring for generations of local people and can trace our roots all the way back to 1814 with the first hospital in Bolton - the Bolton Dispensary in the town centre.

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust was formed in 2008 and, in 2011, we became an integrated provider with community health services joining the trust. Covering a catchment area that also incorporates parts of Bury, Wigan and Salford, we deliver hospital and community based services from the Royal Bolton Hospital in Farnworth and from 20 health centres across Bolton, to a catchment population of 310,000+ people.

The Royal Bolton Hospital is a major hub within Greater Manchester for women's and children's services and is the busiest single ambulance-receiving site in Greater Manchester. We're structured in four clinical divisions - Community Services, Families and Diagnostics, Medicine, and Surgery and are led by a Board of Directors. As an NHS Foundation Trust we're accountable to our members and have a Council of Governors to represent the views of patients, public, staff and partners.
