ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESGathers details and compiles data to estimate all production costs according to specificationsReviews blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to formulate cost estimatesConsiders raw materials, labor, equipment, tools, and transportation for estimatesHelps determine necessary resources for projects based on cost estimates and budgetary constraintsReviews estimates as requested and analyzes established standards for cost reductionsPerforms other related duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITYNone KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & ATTRIBUTESFamiliar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the industryKnowledge of production management, logistics, and supply chain concepts and methodologiesExcellent analytical and organizational skillsAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsAbility to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variablesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
