Your responsibilities will include: Keeping spectators, staff and yourself safe throughout the event Helping enforce venue and event regulations Carrying out pre- and post-event safety checks Welcoming, controlling and directing spectators Checking and taking tickets at entrances Securing staff entrances, exits and key safety areas Carrying out searches in line with venue and company procedures Seating patrons at seated events Spotting and reporting unsafe crowd conditions, including overcrowding or unusual crowd movement Supporting emergency services when required Being a friendly and helpful face of the event What are we looking for£ You donandrsquo;t need to be an events expert andmdash; weandrsquo;re looking for people with the right attitude and personality!
Youandrsquo;ll ideally have: Previous customer service experience Great communication skills The confidence to work in a busy, fast-paced environment Good organisational skills A positive, professional attitude The ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative Pride in delivering great customer service Please note: Due to licensing legislation, applicants must be aged 18 or over.
