This could be the perfect time for you to join us in our Business Services Department as an Evidential Property Coordinator. This is a fast-paced and enjoyable role where you'll plan and coordinate daily activities for the Evidential Property team, managing proactive demand and acting as the primary point of contact.
Your excellent organisational skills and enthusiasm for challenges will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations. Service delivery is key, so you'll need to keep stakeholders informed and provide exceptional customer service. What you'll do Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication and relationships with internal and external partners, acting as the primary contact for Business Services.
You will monitor and evaluate a demand led service, identifying risk or areas which may impact on service delivery. Customer Service: Develop and implement customer service solutions to drive efficiencies and improve service delivery. Service Delivery: Manage local projects to support force objectives, focusing on continuous improvement and risk management. This could include hazardous waste collections, drug disposals and conducting audits.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate cover for absences and resource allocation, ensuring all department functions are adequately resourced., Harnessing these differences creates a productive environment in which everyone feels valued, and their talents are fully utilised.
