Exam Invigilator/Scribe/Reader

Invigilators, Readers and Scribes - Casual Staffordshire University Academy is seeking enthusiastic, reliable and professional individuals to join our Exams Team as Invigilators, Readers and Scribes. This is an excellent opportunity to support our students during important internal and external examinations and to play a key role in ensuring that exams are conducted smoothly and effectively. Working under the guidance of the Exams Officer, you will support the delivery of written, oral and practical examinations.

Duties may include supervising students, distributing and collecting examination papers and, where required, providing reader or scribe support to individual students. We are looking for individuals who: Are reliable, punctual and able to work accurately Have good communication and interpersonal skills Can remain calm and professional in an examination environment Are able to follow instructions and examination procedures carefully Work well as part of a team Can offer flexibility during busy examination periods The positions are offered on a casual basis during examination seasons, with both morning and afternoon sessions available.

Sessions typically last between one and three hours. No previous experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. Visits to Staffordshire University Academy are welcomed and encouraged.
