Chinese/English Bilingual Internal Medicine Physician Location: New York, NY Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chinese/English Bilingual Internal Medicine Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. The physician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to serve a diverse patient population and promote positive health outcomes.

The ideal candidate is committed to delivering exceptional clinical care, emphasizing preventive medicine, and effectively communicating with both English- and Chinese-speaking patients. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care to adult patients. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate ongoing patient care.

Conduct preventive health screenings, annual wellness visits, and routine examinations. Educate patients and families regarding treatment options, disease management, and preventive healthcare practices. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic medical records (EMR). Collaborate with physicians, nurses, specialists, and support staff to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.

Adhere to all applicable healthcare regulations, quality standards, and patient privacy requirements. Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives and organizational programs as needed. Qualifications Required Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Active and unrestricted New York State medical license. Fluency in both Mandarin or Cantonese and English.

Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide culturally competent care to a diverse patient population. Preferred Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine. Previous outpatient or primary care experience. Experience serving multilingual and multicultural communities. Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
