Our client, an expanding and innovative US biotech company, is establishing its new European hub in Basel. To support the global CEO directly on-site during this key setup phase, we are seeking a highly professional, proactive, and fluent English-speaking Executive Assistant. Executive Assistant to CEO (m/w/d) ? 100% (Interim 2?3 Months) Location: Basel Duration: 2?3 months (Interim Mission) Start: Immediate / By arrangement Your Main Tasks: C-Level Support: High-level calendar management, international travel arrangements, and meeting preparations across US and Swiss time zones Hub Setup: Operational and administrative support in setting up the local office and coordinating local service providers On-Site CEO Assistance: Direct personal support for the CEO during her stays in Basel Global Liaison: Close collaboration and communication interface with the US HR team Qualifikationen Your Profile: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at C-level, ideally within the pharma, biotech, or life sciences sector Business fluent in English (native or C2 level required); German is a plus Strong organizational skills and high flexibility in a fast-paced environment Proactive, discrete, and comfortable working independently Resident in or close to Basel with full local work authorization What Our Client Offers: An exciting interim mandate in a high-growth US biotech company Competitive and attractive remuneration Central working location in Basel with a dynamic, international team culture High autonomy and direct impact on establishing the Swiss hub Ready for your next career move?
