We are seeking a dedicated Physician (MD/DO) to join a dynamic healthcare organization serving patients across Pain Management, Primary Care, Urgent Care, and an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to provide comprehensive patient care while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team focused on clinical excellence and patient-centered outcomes.

📍 Location Las Vegas, NV 89103 💰 Compensation Starting at $140,000+ annually Compensation is negotiable based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit. 🩺 Practice Highlights • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations • Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate specialty referrals • Order and interpret diagnostic testing, laboratory studies, and imaging • Prescribe medications and therapies as clinically appropriate • Perform office-based procedures within scope and credentialing privileges • Provide continuity of care and ongoing patient management 💉 Pain Management Responsibilities • Evaluate and manage acute and chronic pain conditions • Develop multimodal pain treatment plans • Perform pain management procedures as credentialed • Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed • Ensure compliance with controlled substance prescribing regulations 🏥 Ambulatory Surgery Center Responsibilities • Conduct pre-operative evaluations • Perform surgical and interventional procedures within granted privileges • Provide post-operative care and follow-up evaluations • Participate in discharge planning and patient education • Maintain compliance with AAAHC, CMS, OSHA, and infection prevention standards 🤝 Collaborative Environment • Work closely with Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, and administrative staff • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provider meetings • Support organizational goals related to patient satisfaction and clinical excellence 📅 Schedule • Monday – Friday • Occasional Saturdays as needed • Schedule may vary based on clinic and procedural volumes ✅ Qualifications • MD or DO from an accredited institution • Active Nevada Medical License (or ability to obtain) • Current DEA Registration • Nevada Controlled Substance Registration • Board Certified or Board Eligible • Current BLS Certification • Current ACLS Certification • Eligible for medical staff privileges ⭐ Preferred Experience • Pain Management or Interventional Pain Management • Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, PM&R, Anesthesiology, or Urgent Care • Ambulatory Surgery Center experience • Knowledge of AAAHC accreditation standards 🎁 Benefits • Competitive compensation package • Paid Time Off (PTO) • CME allowance • Professional liability insurance coverage • Health, dental, and vision insurance (if applicable) • Retirement plan options (if applicable) 🌟 Why Las Vegas?
