Expense Consultant

Responsibilities Manage administrative and analytical workflows for complex vendor deals Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for existing clients to identify growth opportunities and retention risks Provide data-driven support for RFPs, bids, vendor negotiations, and internal pricing analysis Prepare, clean, and organize customer spend data and utilization reports Identify gaps where customers are not maximizing programs or contracts Manage project coordination, documentation, and customer follow-up activities Requirements 2–4 years of experience in customer success, sales operations, data analysis, or a related field Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred Proficiency in data organization, spend analysis, and reporting tools like Excel Ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder workflows and meet deadlines Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Experience in client-facing roles with a proactive, service-first mindset About the Company Prime Source Expense Experts, a Buyers Edge Platform brand, is a national GPO consulting firm helping post-acute care facilities reduce costs and optimize vendor relationships across every operational category.
