Experienced AM/PM Cook full-time employment

Clayton’s family of restaurants has three openings for experienced line cooks. An AM morning shift which requires experience in a fast paced breakfast environment. A PM dinner evening shift which requires line cook experience. A line cook for Mexican Take Out that required experience in cooking Mexican food, flexible hours, the ability to work various stations as needed throuthout the shift. Responsibilities include: • Maintain proper food quality, presentation and portion standards • Follow recipes, prep procedures and food safety standards • Takes pride in working efficiently and maintain cleanliness during busy periods of service • Communicate and work respectfully and effectively with the entire team • Assist with other prep and kitchen responsibilities as needed • Set up and breakdown your station each shift Requirements: • Minimum of two solid years line cook experience, breakfast experience included • Strong experience working eggs on a busy breakfast line • Ability to work efficiently under pressure • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform the physical requirements of a professional kitchen • Reliable, punctual, and considerate of adherence to schedule • Open availability to include weekends and holidays • Must be available for a phone or zoom meeting as well as an in-person interview Benefits are available after sixty days of employment.
