Key Responsibilities Cutting and machining timber accurately to specified measurements. Operating spindle moulding and other woodworking machinery . Setting and operating machinery safely and efficiently. Working from drawings, measurements and production specifications.
Carrying out skilled production work to a high standard. Ensuring timber and finished products meet required quality standards. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. Following all health and safety procedures. Requirements Previous experience as a Wood Machinist is essential. Proven experience operating a spindle moulder/spindle moulding machinery is essential . Strong experience working with timber .
Experience using a range of woodworking machinery. Ability to accurately measure and cut timber to specification. Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach. Able to work independently and as part of a production team. Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
