Export Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d) Salary - CHF78,000 - 88,000 For a successful Swiss industrial company, we are looking for a committed individual.
The company develops and produces high-quality specialised solutions for various application areas and stands for quality, reliability, and continuous development. A modern working environment and varied tasks characterise the employer. Responsibilities: You record and accompany international orders until timely delivery. You prepare shipping documents for national and international deliveries. You handle written and telephone communication for customer enquiries.
You process preference certificates and other origin documents according to specifications. You coordinate delivery and order information with involved departments. You continuously maintain master data and relevant information in the ERP system. Additionally, you support the team with commercial daily tasks. With increasing experience, you take on specialist tasks in export. Qualifications: Commercial qualification with experience in an international business environment.
Further training as a foreign trade specialist or corresponding plans are welcome. Knowledge of export processing and international goods shipping. Experience in internal sales or a comparable commercial function. Confident handling of export, shipping, and origin documents. Interest in customs and foreign trade topics as well as their professional deepening. Structured working method and reliable processing of orders.
Very good written and spoken German skills as well as solid English.
