Well-experienced in Food and Beverage (F&B) Services. Experience in banquet and/or restaurant service is preferred. Strong knowledge of professional food and beverage service procedures.

Previous experience in a supervisory or captain-level F&B service role is an advantage. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Able to coordinate effectively with guests, service staff, kitchen personnel, and management. Professional appearance, good grooming, and a pleasant personality. Able to remain calm and efficient during busy restaurant and banquet operations. Strong teamwork, organization, and time-management skills.

Reliable, hardworking, service-oriented, and attentive to detail. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and proper dining service standards. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate food and beverage service activities during assigned shifts. Welcome guests and provide professional, courteous, and attentive service. Assist guests with menu selections, food and beverage recommendations, and special requests.

Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the appropriate kitchen or bar section. Ensure food and beverages are served correctly, promptly, and according to established service standards. Monitor table setup, cleanliness, presentation, and overall dining area readiness. Coordinate with waitresses, servers, kitchen staff, bartenders, and supervisors to ensure smooth service. Assist in assigning service duties and monitoring staff performance during shifts.

Handle guest concerns, requests, and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure proper service procedures are followed during restaurant and banquet operations. Assist with banquet setup, table arrangements, service, clearing, and breakdown when required. Check that dining areas, service stations, equipment, and utensils are clean and properly organized. Monitor food and beverage availability and communicate replenishment requirements to supervisors.

Ensure proper handling and presentation of food and beverages according to company standards. Assist with billing, order verification, and payment procedures when required. Maintain professional grooming, appearance, and courteous communication at all times. Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Support the team during busy service periods and maintain efficient guest service.

Perform opening and closing duties and complete assigned service checklists. Train or guide junior service staff on proper F&B service procedures when assigned.
