F&B Supervisor

Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ F&B / hospitality experience Local SA Strong guest relations and customer service skills Experience supervising and training front-of-house teams Stocktaking and stock control experience Working knowledge of GAAP Good understanding of POS systems, billing and cash-up procedures Strong food and beverage product knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Well organised, hands-on and able to work under pressure Must be prepared to work shifts, weekends and public holidays Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support the F&B / front-of-house team during service Ensure a warm, professional and memorable guest experience Assist with staff scheduling, training and daily supervision Oversee opening and closing procedures Ensure dining and coffee shop areas are consistently clean, well presented and correctly set up Monitor food hygiene, health & safety and environmental standards Manage guest requests, queries and bill-related matters Ensure accurate POS, payment and billing procedures Maintain strong product knowledge and confidently make recommendations to guests Assist with stocktaking and effective stock control Monitor service standards, team performance and operational efficiency Step onto the floor and assist wherever required to ensure smooth service If you're a hands-on hospitality professional who leads by example and genuinely enjoys creating great guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
