We are recruiting for a Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator to support the delivery of our building maintenance services at RAF Benson. Job Description This is an entirely office-based role, responsible for coordinating the daily workload of engineers across the site, including reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM), using the Maximo CAFM system. You will also support the Facilities Managers with quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, general administration, contractor coordination and elements of waste management.

Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate daily engineer workloads Manage reactive and planned maintenance through Maximo Monitor outstanding jobs and ensure work orders are updated Support quotations, purchase orders and invoicing Provide general administration support to the Facilities Managers Provide occasional support to contractors and engineers Assist with waste management and CAFM administration Help engineers resolve basic tablet and system issues Experience in facilities, maintenance administration, helpdesk or engineering coordination Experience using a CAFM system, ideally Maximo Strong organisational and administrative skills Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Patient and approachable when supporting engineers with technology Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment In return for your hard work we offer additional training and development, 26 days holiday (+ bank holidays), generous pension contribution, life assurance and much more.
