Up to £48000 per annum plus our Sodexo employee benefits package Opportunities for professional development Facilities Manager Based in our Cambridge(CB4 0FJ) office, this is an office-based role with responsibility for the day-to-day management and oversight of the Cambridge site. The role will also provide management oversight across our wider portfolio in London, Ipswich and Edinburgh, which will be managed remotely, with some occasional travel to these sites required.

We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of facilities services across a portfolio of corporate sites. You'll work closely with the Account Manager and key stakeholders to deliver a safe, compliant and efficient workplace while driving continuous improvement across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities': Manage the day-to-day delivery of facilities services across multiple corporate sites. Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation, company policies and statutory requirements. Oversee contractor performance, ensuring services are delivered to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Build strong relationships with clients, landlords and suppliers. Manage operational budgets, forecasts and costs, identifying opportunities for efficiencies. Conduct regular site inspections, audits and risk assessments. Maintain accurate compliance records, permits and documentation. Act as the key escalation point for operational issues across the portfolio. What we're looking for: Proven experience in Facilities Management or a similar operational leadership role.
Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and compliance requirements. Experience managing contractors, suppliers and service contracts. Sound financial and budget management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively. Strong organisational and IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and CAFM systems (desirable).
