The Opportunity: Optional leadership opportunity to help oversee a network of nearby primary care clinics—perfect for physicians looking to grow into clinical leadership Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend clinic hours No inpatient responsibilities – supported by a dedicated hospitalist team and 24/7 ER coverage Collaborative, collegial team of experienced physicians and NPs Modern facilities with strong specialty support, advanced diagnostics, and a new long-term care center Supportive administration and a well-run system Compensation & Benefits: $280,000- $350,000 base salary plus RVU bonus (negotiable based on experience) $15,000 sign-on bonus Student loan repayment assistance Paid relocation support 7 weeks of earned PTO for true work-life balance CME allowance + 5 CME days Comprehensive health benefits – medical, dental, vision, and more Professional liability insurance with full coverage Why Northern Maine?
