Location: Florence, Oregon Start Date: As soon as credentialed Assignment Length: 12 months FTE: 1.0 Positions: 1 Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Call: Yes – approximately 1 week/month, including weekend and weeknight call Position Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician for a 12-month locum tenens assignment in beautiful Florence, Oregon .

This is an excellent opportunity to join a primary care team and provide comprehensive care to patients ranging from newborns through geriatrics . The physician will work in both clinic and hospital settings , with approximately 20 patients per day in clinic . The role includes outpatient primary care as well as inpatient rounding and admissions. Pediatric support is needed, including assessment of newborns immediately after delivery when covering hospital call.

No obstetric care for mothers is required. Schedule & Call Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts Clinic hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Approximately 1 week of call per month Call may include weeknights and weekends Weekend call coverage is approximately 7:00 AM–7:00 AM First day reserved for orientation Clinical Details Average clinic volume: 20 patients/day Hospital beds: 21 Patient population: Newborns, infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics Inpatient responsibilities include rounding and admissions Physician may work independently/solo EMR: Epic Pediatric and post-delivery newborn support required when on call Circumcision is no longer required Requirements MD/DO required Board Certified in Family Medicine Active Oregon medical license required Must have Oregon license at the time of presentation; candidates with a pending license may be considered depending on expected issue date BLS required – AHA or American Red Cross NRP required – AHA or American Red Cross Minimum 2 years of experience At least 1 year of Epic experience Documentation of family medicine clinical activity/case logs from the previous 24 months required Must be able to provide care across the full family medicine age spectrum Why Florence, Oregon?
