Family Medicine Physician Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan. This role emphasizes preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care in a structured, high-support outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities Provide full-scope outpatient primary care for adult and family patient populations Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Deliver preventive care including annual physicals, wellness visits, and age-appropriate screenings Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 23–25 patients per day Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and treatment adherence Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Eligible for or able to obtain a California medical license Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience required Strong patient communication skills and commitment to high-quality primary care Schedule & Work Environment Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Alternative Schedule: 10-hour shifts available On-Call / Weekends: None Setting: 100% outpatient Compensation Salary Range: $228,000 – $350,000 annually Sign-On Bonus: Offered Relocation Assistance: Offered Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Accrued vacation time and sick leave 403(b) retirement plan Malpractice coverage Support with onboarding and credentialing
