ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY NL Health Services – Labrador-Grenfell Zone is seeking a Family Practice Physician to join the team at the Labrador South Health Centre in Forteau, NL. This is an excellent opportunity to practice full-scope family medicine in a collaborative environment while contributing to high-quality patient care in the region.

The successful candidate will enjoy a broad scope of practice and work closely with a supportive interdisciplinary team. ???????????????????????????????????????? QUALIFICATIONS Eligible for registration and licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Newfoundland and Labrador ( www.cpsnl.ca ) Must satisfy credentialing requirements of the Labrador-Grenfell Zone Medical Degree (MD) from a recognized institution Relevant clinical experience (asset) Satisfactory Certificate of Conduct from the RCMP or local police authority Satisfactory record of work performance and attendance ????????????????????????????????????????

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide full scope of practice including obstetrics, emergency medicine, and family medicine Provide on-call coverage including weekends and holidays Work collaboratively with a team of physicians and nurses to deliver required services Support person- and family-centered care; promote patient and worker safety by integrating safety into work practices, identifying risks, and implementing improvements ????????????????????????????????????????

REMUNERATION Remuneration will be in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement for salaried physicians in Newfoundland and Labrador.
