Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Primary Care Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician, you will join a growing, physician-led practice at Dignity Health Medical Group - Stockton , playing a pivotal role in the continued success, design, and development of our regional comprehensive health service line. You will provide expert outpatient clinical care to a diverse patient population within the community, focusing on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and acute care interventions.
You will also contribute significantly to shaping a robust, patient-centered care network in a highly collaborative environment. To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with a passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care, strong clinical and diagnostic skills, and a commitment to building a premier medical home within a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care services, including routine wellness exams, preventative health screenings, and management of acute and chronic illnesses. Formulate and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans while monitoring patient health outcomes and promoting long-term wellness.
Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with a dedicated network of local medical specialists, nurse practitioners, and regional clinical leaders to optimize patient care pathways. Educate patients and their families on wellness strategies, lifestyle modifications, and chronic condition self-management to empower healthier lives within the community.
