Opportunity Highlights Part-time outpatient Family Medicine position EPIC electronic health record system Collaborative team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff Strong referral network with access to specialists throughout the Adventist Health system Supportive leadership committed to provider success Mission-driven organization focused on whole-person care Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Conduct wellness exams and preventive health screenings Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans Promote health education and disease prevention Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications Required Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current California Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain prior to employment National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner Current DEA registration or ability to obtain Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred Previous Family Medicine or Primary Care experience Compensation Annual Salary Range: $99,288 - $148,933 About Adventist Health Adventist Health is a faith-based, nonprofit integrated health system serving more than 100 communities on the West Coast and Hawaii.
