This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Family lawyer to take a leading role within a high-quality team , advising high-net-worth individuals and families while helping to grow the practice and develop junior talent. The Opportunity You’ll manage a sophisticated portfolio of work while building strong relationships with clients and professional referrers.

Your workload is likely to include: Divorce and separation High-value and complex financial settlements Children matters, including relocation cases Cohabitation disputes Agricultural family matters Managing your own portfolio of high-value clients Supervising, mentoring and developing junior lawyers Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the Shrewsbury office About You Extensive experience in Family Law Strong track record advising high-net-worth clients Technically confident across complex financial and children matters Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers Commercially minded with a strong business development focus Confident building long-term client and professional relationships Excellent communication skills, empathy and sound judgement Already operating at Partner level , or a Legal Director/Senior Associate ready for the next step Sellick Partnership is proud to be an inclusive and accessible recruitment business and we support applications from candidates of all backgrounds and circumstances.
