Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner Location: Mammoth Cave, KY 42259 Duration: 3+ Months to long term Key Responsibilities: • Provide primary healthcare services to residential students ages 16–24 • Conduct physical exams and assess acute and chronic conditions • Diagnose illnesses, treat minor injuries, and prescribe medications • Order and interpret laboratory tests and administer immunizations • Develop individualized treatment and care plans • Collaborate with physicians, mental health professionals, and wellness staff • Supervise and support RN and LPN nursing staff • Educate students on wellness, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices • Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance Minimum Qualifications • NP Active state license • BLS/CPR • DEA
