This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving and dynamic service and play a key role in developing and embedding relational systemic practice across Camden's Children and Learning services. As a Family Systemic Psychotherapist, you'll work alongside practitioners, social workers and managers to strengthen systemic practice and support high-quality interventions with children and families. Your work will include specialist systemic assessments of complex cases, direct work with children and families, consultation, supervision, coaching and mentoring, as well as supporting practitioners to develop their systemic skills.

You'll bring your expertise to complex and situations of significant challenge, helping colleagues develop thoughtful, evidence-based interventions that improve outcomes for children and families. You'll also contribute to embedding systemic approaches across supervision, assessments and network meetings, helping to influence and develop practice across the wider service. You'll be an experienced Family Systemic Psychotherapist with a postgraduate qualification in systemic psychotherapy and appropriate professional registration.

You'll bring significant post-qualification experience of delivering therapeutic interventions within a statutory setting, alongside a strong understanding of children's social care, relevant legislation, statutory guidance and systemic practice. You'll be confident working with complexity and risk, using your professional judgement and systemic expertise to support positive safeguarding and wellbeing outcomes for children and families.

An excellent communicator and collaborative practitioner, you'll be skilled at building effective professional relationships, providing consultation and producing high-quality analytical and evidence-based reports. You'll also have experience of teaching, coaching and delivering workshops, with the ability to inspire and support others to develop their practice. Above all, you'll bring a collaborative and reflective approach and a commitment to embedding relational systemic practice that makes a meaningful difference for children and families in Camden.
