Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Place of work: Cracow The ZNA Third Party Administrators (TPA) team works closely with US-based TPAs on a daily basis. TPAs are external partners that provide claims handling services for insured customers and supply Zurich with relevant claims data. Depending on the arrangement, claims may be handled either directly by Zurich or by the appointed TPA.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to local, regional, and global initiatives. We are looking for a proactive and flexible individual with strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a positive, solutions-oriented approach. As a Finance Accounting and Reporting Specialist, you will support the Team Manager, work closely with colleagues, and act as a trusted point of contact for local US stakeholders As a part of the TPA team, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and processing of: Prefunds management process Service fee and center invoices Various check request payments related to different business lines FAST system reconciliations Dealing with TPD (Third Party Deductible) issues Balance sheet account reconciliations in the Blackline system, in line with Zurich Group and local ZNA team policies and guidelines Understand the ICFR Financial Statement framework, execute controls, and advise less experienced team members Provide support to the Team Manager Actively participate in and collaborate on process improvement projects This role will also require daily contact with US customers, both verbally and in writing Candidate’s profile: Finance and Accounting, Economy or equivalent academic degree Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting industry Solid basics of general accounting English skills – spoken and written at fluent level (C1) Very good knowledge of MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables etc.) and financial system (SAP as preferred) Analytical skills and attention to details Problem solving skills and independent Ability to multitask Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of Insurance/ Financial Services legislation and regulations This position will be dedicated for the US (American) customer and will require occasionally adapting to work according to the US hours as per the team’s shift schedule (9.00-17.00, 11.00-19.00, 14.30-22.30) We offer: Real life opportunities to develop and grow with us and contribute to the world around us Competitive salaries, language allowance and an employee benefits package that includes among others medical insurance, life insurance and sport-card Annual bonus depending on company annual results and individual performance Wide range of learning programs and personal development opportunities including also possibility to apply for up to 80% of educational trainings reimbursement Referral awards Online fitness trainings Nice and friendly atmosphere Who we are: Zurich Insurance Group (Zurich) is a leading multi-line insurer serving people and businesses in more than 200 countries and territories.
