Female Live In Carer - Dementia Experience

Please note: Applicants MUST have their own permanent residence local to us in the North East of England, or the lower Scottish Borders (just north of Berwick-Upon-Tweed)., As a Live In Carer your key responsibilities will include: Provide high-quality care tailored to the customers needs Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming) Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal Dementia, Parkinson's, and other complex care needs Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning Be a dependable friendly, familiar face and provide companionship Minimum 1 year's healthcare/care experience Experience supporting older or vulnerable adults with Dementia & Parkinson's Excellent communication and a compassionate, professional approach Ability to maintain accurate care records Excellent spoken English To be able to commit to living with a client for periods of time Right to work in the UK without requiring spοnsοrship or vіsa transfer £850 per week, inclusive of food Paid annual leave Workplace pension scheme £400 referral scheme for introducing new carers (T&C's apply) Fully paid induction in line with the Care Certificate Access to Health & Social Care qualifications Career progression Supportive and friendly working environment Shadowing programme with experienced care assistants to ensure you are comfortable with your role and responsibilities
