Terawork - Our client, a leading company in the Generators, Solar & Shipping industry, is recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Field Sales Officer - Heavy Duty Diesel Generator Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Officer to drive sales of heavy-duty diesel generators and related solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new sales opportunities.

Conduct field visits to prospective and existing customers. Promote generators, solutions, and after-sales services. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and orders. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Work with technical teams to understand customer requirements. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Maintain accurate sales records and prepare activity reports. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field. 3–5 years’ experience in sales/business development, preferably within generators, power solutions, industrial equipment, engineering, or a related industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and customer engagement skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Salary N300,000 monthly. Application Closing Date 18th September, 2026.
