Description Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic business decisions. Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Analyse financial performance and identify areas for cost optimisation. Collaborate with operational teams to align financial goals with business objectives. Deliver regular financial reporting to senior stakeholders. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
Support the development of financial models to assess business opportunities. Provide recommendations for improving financial processes and efficiencies. Profile A successful Finance Business Partner should have: Professional qualification in accounting or finance, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. Strong CVR experience Experience in the construction industry or a related sector. Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A proactive and collaborative approach to work. Job Offer Salary ranging from £70,000 to £80,000, dependent on the level of experience, plus package Hybrid working Opportunities to develop and progress
