Accuracy UK Our London Finance team primarily specialises in financial due diligence for M&A (for private equity and corporates), carve-outs valuations and damages assessments, as well as engaging in cross-border projects to help deliver Accuracy's full service offering.
Your Role As an Intern, you'll work alongside Analysts on presentations for professional investors, major corporations, lawyers, and tribunals, while receiving additional support to help you quickly gain relevant experience. Your day-to-day will likely involve: Analysis of financial statements and management accounts to identify trends Helping build and maintain financial models Drafting due diligence and dispute reports and presenting your analysis outputs Contributing to business development through client proposals and market research Supporting internal initiatives like employee engagement, events, and recruitment We provide comprehensive on-the-job training to our interns with the goal of building a lasting relationship and bringing them on board full-time.
