The Finance Manager (Reporting) is key to the delivery of reporting obligations for internal and external stakeholders. The role will support all management accounting requirements including ongoing monitoring of quantified risk assessments and anticipated forecasts for the tournament / organisation. This role supports the successful delivery of the UK&I 2028 Tournament through inclusive, values-driven and performance-focused contribution.

What you'll be doing Report on a circa £250m budget and contribute to a rigorous financial reporting process that meets the conditions of UEFA and Government Partner funding agreements at the same time mitigating significant risk. Lead on the Quantified Risk Assessment process, liaising with Finance Managers and business to ensure financial risks are continuously monitored and solutions identified.
Identify risk areas and implement controls and reporting to mitigate them. Prepare ad hoc financial reporting and analysis in response to requests from across the business and Finance. Demonstrate inclusive behaviours that support a respectful, safe and collaborative work environment. Represent the values of UK & Ireland 2028 in all interactions. Comply with relevant processes, including safeguarding and safety.
Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships. Ensure delivery against timelines, budgets and operational requirements. Provide direction and decision-making in a fast-paced environment. Executes additional tasks as required in order to meet the changing priorities., Based at Wembley Stadium, with travel across the UK & Ireland as required.
