Financial Analyst PE

Responsibilities Analyze financial data, business performance, and operational metrics Prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and management presentations Develop and maintain financial models, spreadsheets, and analytical tools Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and key financial indicators Perform variance analysis and investigate significant differences between actual and planned results Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for financial improvement Conduct financial and business analysis to support strategic decision-making Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and other teams to gather and validate information Present findings and recommendations clearly to relevant stakeholders Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, finance, or business analysis Strong Excel or spreadsheet modeling skills Experience preparing financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and financial models Strong understanding of financial statements and key financial metrics Ability to analyze large amounts of data and communicate meaningful conclusions Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment English proficiency is required About the Company Simera Professional helps connect professionals with employers through the creation of a unique Simera Professional Key (SPK) to help candidates stand out and secure the right match.
