Rheumatology Opportunity Location: Findlay, Ohio Facility: Blanchard Valley Health System, Wellness Park outpatient center Setting: 100% Outpatient Position Details Start Date: Urgent need (immediate availability preferred) Schedule Options: Part-time Full-time Week on/week off (flexible schedule) Patient Mix: Physician chooses patient age group and mix Scope: Full practice autonomy with ability to influence practice design and operations Support: Full care team support model Access to multidisciplinary specialists 24/7 in-house hospitalist support (for inpatient needs) Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert access Teaching: Optional opportunities for medical students and APP trainees EMR: Cerner (integrated inpatient/outpatient) Visa Candidates: Not accepted Locums Providers: Not accepted Requirements Degree: MD or DO Board Certification: Required (in Rheumatology) Licensure: Active Ohio medical license required Compensation & Benefits Salary: Competitive base salary Signing Bonus: $50,000 Loan Repayment: Options available during or after training, flexible payment schedule Relocation: Up to $10,000 assistance CME/Board Support: $5,000 annually Paid Time Off: 248 hours (vacation, holidays, CME) Sick Time: Up to 600 hours accrual (4 hours per pay period full-time) Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, malpractice insurance Retirement: 403(b) with 4% employer match starting year two Loan Forgiveness: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) as a 501(c)(3) organization Community & Lifestyle Highlights Ranked #1 Micropolitan area in the U.S.
