🌟 Nurse Practitioner (Family / Primary Care) – MinuteClinic | Full-Time | Collaborative Care Model We are seeking a compassionate and driven Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our MinuteClinic team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based care in a patient-centered, collaborative environment with a strong focus on outcomes and preventive care. 🩺 Position Summary As a MinuteClinic Nurse Practitioner, you will work closely with a dedicated clinical care team to deliver comprehensive care to a panel of patients.
This includes accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of both acute and chronic conditions, while promoting overall wellness and patient engagement. 💼 Key Responsibilities Provide primary and family evidence-based care , including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling Manage acute and chronic health conditions with a focus on quality outcomes Perform routine exams and diagnostic testing Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans Encourage patient participation through health screenings, behavioral health, and wellness programs Administrative Duties: Open and close clinic operations Manage inventory and maintain a clean, organized environment Handle patient appointments and follow-ups Verify insurance and collect payments ✅ Qualifications & Experience Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program Current National Board Certification and active state NP license Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience preferred (Family Medicine or Primary Care) Newer providers may be considered with completion of MinuteClinic primary care training program Strong understanding of chronic disease management and quality metrics Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and organizational skills Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and electronic) Ability to work independently and autonomously Comfortable using technology and EMR systems Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure Proven ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams ⏰ Schedule Every weekend Sat/Sun; must be available full time during the week for training for 3 weeks 🌱 Why Join Us?
