Description ECI Group is currently hiring an experienced Floating Leasing Manager to provide leasing leadership, operational support, and administrative coverage across communities throughout our portfolio. The Floating Leasing Manager is a critical extension of our operations team, traveling between properties as business needs dictate to strengthen leasing performance and ensure continuity of site-level operations.
This role blends the relationship-building and sales skills of a top leasing professional with the judgment, autonomy, and leadership presence of a manager who can be trusted to represent ECI Group at any community, at any time. As a Floating Leasing Manager, you manage your own success by attaining leasing goals such as occupancy and rent growth, by building rapport with prospects and residents, and by leading and developing leasing consultants at the sites you support and stepping into a leadership role in the absence of a Community Manager.

Lead, coach, and motivate onsite leasing consultants at each community you support, setting the standard for professionalism, product knowledge, and customer service. Step in to provide operational and leadership coverage during Community Manager or other key onsite team member absences, including day-to-day operations, leasing support, team oversight, and resident and vendor communication. Assist with onboarding and training new leasing hires, including instruction on ECI policies, leasing procedures, systems, customer service expectations, and community-specific practices.
Drive the sale by highlighting the quality of the community and the lifestyle of an apartment home. Follow established policies and procedures to guide prospects through qualification, screening, and acceptance of applications for residency. Assist with administrative and operational functions, including reporting, file audits, compliance checks, and other tasks as directed by the Director of Property Management.
Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in, including inspection, keys, access remotes, and parking permits. Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed their expectations while supporting resident retention. Review aged vacancies, market-ready apartments, and models at each site, and evaluate turn readiness. Operate with a high degree of autonomy, exercising sound judgment when representing ECI Group and the onsite team in the absence of a Community Manager.
Provide critical leasing support and coverage during employee absences, vacancies, periods of high demand, lease-ups, or other operational needs to ensure continuity of prospect and resident service.
