Floor Manager

Floor Manager / Maître d’ — Part Time Jack's All Day is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, hospitality-driven Floor Manager / Maître d’ to join our team. This is a hands-on, guest-facing leadership position focused on keeping service organized, welcoming, and running smoothly. We're looking for someone who can confidently take ownership of the floor during opening and closing shifts and jump into service wherever needed.

This position does not include staff discipline or formal employee management. The focus is on service, organization, and the guest experience. What You'll Do Open and close the restaurant and ensure the floor is ready for service Run the door and manage the flow of the dining room Welcome guests, recognize regulars, and build relationships with returning guests Stay on top of takeout and delivery orders and ensure they are accurate and organized Maintain strong communication between the floor, bar, and kitchen Monitor service and step in wherever support is needed Take tables, pick up a section, and provide full table service when staffing or business needs require it Handle guest concerns with warmth and professionalism Maintain a strong presence on the floor throughout service What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven restaurant Previous experience as a floor manager, maître d’, lead server, lead host, or similar role preferred Strong knowledge of full-service restaurant operations Warm, confident, and genuinely hospitality-driven Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and adapt quickly when the needs of the shift change Full open availability required Weekend and holiday availability required Must be available for both opening and closing shifts This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.
