A DAY IN THE LIFE Ensure that we serve'Our Customers'to the highest possible standard. Plan the day to day inbound/outbound of'Our Operation'and be a key point of contact for our factories, suppliers, transportcompaniesand customers.
Support 'Our People'byliaising with the Supply Chain and O2C teams to efficiently manage daily processes to consistently deliver our business. Be responsible forthe integration of FEX files and building the daily despatch and collection schedules. Be resilient in your approach to delivering the best possible operational daily planand alsodrive our KPIs of sustainability in line with 'Our Environment'and cost to serve in line with'Our Future'.
Ensure that all documentation is managed and processed within group and legal norms. The ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines and targets. A high regard for quality and safety. A good understanding of customer requirements & the ability to adapt to their needs. Excellent communication and team-work skills. A flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of the business.
Excellent attendance and timekeeping. A good standard of literacy and numeracy. Good overall understanding of warehouse picking and quality processes. The ability to use your owninitiative, andbe confident in your decision making. A meticulous approach, the highest attention to detail and can complete tasks to the required high standard.
