Now Hiring - Food & Beverage Manager Jacksonville Golf & Country Club | Jacksonville, FL Salary: $65,000 annually, plus bonus potential About the Position Jacksonville Golf & Country Club is seeking an energetic, hands-on hospitality professional to join our leadership team as Food & Beverage Manager. This position oversees the Club's food and beverage operations, including member dining, bars, pool operations, banquet service, and beverage cart operations.

Members and their guests enjoy a wide range of amenities, including clubhouse dining, championship golf, a heated Olympic-size swimming pool, tennis with 10 lighted Har-Tru clay courts, fitness facilities, and a playground. Our Culture and Values provide Team Members with a rewarding lifestyle and work/life balance Job title Food and Beverage Manager Reports to General Manager/Clubhouse Manager Classification May be hourly or salary, full time, part time, exempt or nonexempt Working Hours As required Job purpose Provide excellence in products, services, cost controls and sales in all areas of the Food & Beverage Operation such as: Kitchen, Dining Room, Banquet Area(s), Patio, lounge, and on the Beverage Cart Duties and responsibilities Participate in the responsibility to hire, train, direct and supervise F&B employees.

Establish and maintain a F&B Manual, which reflects service standards, food quality production, portion, cost control, while conforming to State Health Department Codes. Establish and maintain beverage procurement guidelines, Liquor Control Board requirements and observe responsible alcohol beverage service to protect from liability. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all F&B areas.

Complete opening and closing checklists. Prepare and submit weekly employee schedules and bi-weekly payroll summaries to the General Manager/Clubhouse Manager. Adjust actual schedules to ensure efficient use of employees. Promote, organize and service F&B activities. Attend and participate in the weekly department and other periodic employee meetings. Plan, organize and manage daily activity.

Manage and monitor daily accurate activity and financial requirements, ordering of products, stock levels and monthly inventory. Conduct daily walk-through to ensure the facility is safe and presentable and that courtesy and efficiency are being exercised throughout. Protect the assets of the Club. Operate within the guidelines, policies, standards and constraints as established by Hampton Golf. Maintain Food Handlers Certificate.
