As a Food & Beverage Assistant you will be required to ensure that the day to day running of the catering operation is smooth and that customers are provided with a high standard of service at all times. This is a part-time role working 25 hours per week (5 hours per day) for 38 weeks per year (term-time only) Hours will predominantly be worked Monday to Friday from 9.30am - 2.30pm or 3.30pm - 8.30pm, but could include early morning, evening and weekend shifts. Fixed time off that includes your personal holiday allowance is in accordance with the University's annual : 7 weeks off over Christmas and New Year 2 weeks off over Easter 3 weeks off in June (to be agreed with your line manager) 2 weeks off between mid-August and mid-September (to be agreed with your line manager) You will have experience of providing an excellent standard of customer service in a customer focussed environment.

Previous experience of working in the Hospitality industry would be an advantage. You will be a good team worker and be able to be calm and professional in high pressure situations, as it can be extremely busy during peak times.
