POSITION SUMMARY The Food Service Logistics Agent contributes to the smooth operation of the food service department by receiving, checking, storing and making available the goods and equipment required for daily operations. The role also includes handling, storage, cleaning and dishwashing duties, while ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and organizational procedures. Main Responsibilities Receiving and Supply Receive deliveries and check their conformity with orders.

Check quantities, product condition and temperatures when required. Store products in the appropriate storage areas. Assist with stock management and report replenishment needs. Ensure proper stock rotation and compliance with use-by and best-before dates. Prepare and deliver goods and equipment required by the different kitchen areas. Logistics and Handling Handle, move, load, unload and position goods and equipment.

Organize and maintain clean, orderly and accessible storage areas. Assist with the setup and storage of catering equipment. Remove waste and ensure proper waste sorting in accordance with the facility's procedures. Dishwashing and Cleaning Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment. Assist with the cleaning of premises, equipment and logistics areas. Follow established hygiene and cleaning procedures.

Hygiene and Safety Comply with food hygiene requirements and HACCP principles. Follow safety procedures relating to manual handling and equipment use. Wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE). Report any irregularities, damage or situations that may pose a health, safety or hygiene risk. Responsibilities The Food Service Logistics Assistant is responsible for properly carrying out assigned tasks, complying with hygiene and safety requirements, and maintaining the condition of the areas, equipment and facilities used in the performance of their duties Offer details: Status :  Employee – Niveau I – Echelon 1 Trial period :  two months (renewable once)  Weekly working hours : 39 hours contract Gross monthly salary scale :  2.101,72€ - 2.300,00€ Other advantages : A food allowance  Allocated according to the guaranteed minimum, under reserve to fulfill the conditions set by the legal and contractual provisions in place.
