Forklift Operator – $24/Hour Location: Tacoma, WA Pay: $24/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Job Type: Temp-to-Hire   We are hiring Forklift Operators for a great opportunity in Tacoma! This is a temperature-controlled warehouse environment with a consistent weekday schedule and a role that is primarily focused on operating the forklift rather than heavy manual labor.
What You’ll Do 	 Operate a sit-down electric forklift 	 Load and unload trucks 	 Push, pull, lift, stack, tier, and move products and materials throughout the warehouse 	 Safely transport materials within the warehouse 	 Use scanners, PCs, and other technology as needed 	 Follow all safety and regulatory requirements 	 Maintain a clean and organized work area Why You’ll Like This Role 	 $24/hour 	 Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM 	 Temperature-controlled warehouse 	 Approximately 90% forklift operation with limited hands-on material handling 	 Sit-down electric forklift 	 Temp-to-hire opportunity 	 Strong performers may be hired permanently 	 Occasional weekend overtime may be required Requirements 	 2–3+ years of forklift operating experience 	 Experience operating a sit-down electric forklift 	 Experience loading and unloading trucks 	 Strong safety awareness 	 Reliable attendance and work ethic 	 Comfortable using basic technology, including scanners and PCs 	 Able to work independently and as part of a team 	 Must be flexible and willing to work weekends as needed Dress Code 	 Closed-toe shoes 	 Long pants #CB #P1 #P2 10388917
